Paul
Giobbi

Southern California-based entrepreneur, investor, and advisor.

After building and successfully exiting my technology company (Zumasys), I now consult with businesses and nonprofit organizations, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and strategy.

With nearly 30 years of experience in sales and marketing and growing a seven-time Inc. 5000 business, I partner with talented leaders to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to run companies more efficiently.

I’m passionate about improving employee engagement and helping people leverage their strengths using Gallup’s CliftonStrengths performance-based assessment.

I love helping entrepreneurs tackle the challenges of growth.
